I’d like to put a sub-floor on the concrete floor to match up with the ceramic tile, and then install vinyl plank flooring (with a rubber backing) over it all. How would you tackle this job? What are the options for the sub-floor? The mfg doesn’t recommend plywood sub-floors on concrete. Thanks.
